SIR VISA- Self employment clarification
Hi,
One of my friends has come to Adelaide under SIR visa.
There is a requirement of one year employment (35 hours per week) or self employed for one year to get the PR. What is the actual meaning of self employment in this regards? If he does self employment, is there 35 hour requirements per week.

That's a pretty old visa, are you sure it is a SIR visa he is on?

I think this is subclass 475 or something like that.
Got any idea about the Self Employment ? Will online Freelancing jobs be considered as Self employment ?
