silly question, but do you count in weeks/months or calender months?
 

hi all

really stupid question, i know. but do you count in weeks. ie today is 24 weeks since acknowledgment (therefore 6 months), or, calender months, ie 6/9/05 acknowledgement therefore 6/3/06 is 6 months? doh!!!!!!

(please say it is the former rather than the latter!)

I think they do the day thing. We were not 4 months on the ticker but we were when it came to the Time line. SO think they do the 16 week thing, you know what I mean SB

yep, upped offer by 5k, said no.

came at 2 o'clock monday to try to talk me round, was having none of it. he brought his mate as well, giving me the spiel.

left the house at 2.30pm, an offer another 5k via agent at 2.55pm!!

not holding our breath though, as they seem a bit dodgy.

tell more over the phone (before the bitter and twisted gits from housepricedoomandgloomdotcom include this thread on their website...lol!!!)
