Should we add it?
Hi just wondering what to do 18yrs ago hubby had a charge of assult should we declare this on the visa or will it be wiped from his records by now?

There have been several threads on this topic. The simple answer is to declare it. It may show on the Police check and even if it doesn't, if the Oz authorities find out later, even after visa is granted, they can cancel it and send you back! I assume hubby has been a good boy in the last 18yrs so wouldn't anticipate it being a problem.
Thanks..........and yes he's been a good boy I have kept him on the straight and narrow!!
