Congrats buddy...
I have been granted visa today. Although I got confused whenever I visited this forum because of different circumstances of different applicants, but it was also useful in some mattars.
I hope the best for rest of applicants.
For your reference my timeline is:
176 applied 15 Sep 2009, case office assigned dont know, job verification unsucessful beacause of change in adrress of my company Feb 2010, Medical requested 30 june 2010, Job verification again 15 july 2010(sucessful
) pre-grant 3 August 2010, Grant 5 August 2010.
Once again thankyou all.
I am open for any advice or sujjestion.
I hope the best for rest of applicants.

I have performed my medicals on 27th july. Can anyone tell me how much time it takes to reach OZ and health requirements finialzed?

First of all, many congrats for reaching the finish line..
. Whats your initial entry date (visa validation). I'd applied on 27th sept. 09. My meds are done, PCC in a few days then i'll upload.

Hi all,
I found one change in my document checklist .Work experience and specific work experience shows "further checking required" status from today before it was showing "received" status.
DAIC have already did job verification on 15/05/2010.will they do it again?
please advise me...

This is just a message which I believe. Because exactly same has happened to me but neither they re-check with my current employer nor they approached to my previous employer. After one month status was changed to "met". So don't worry as far as your case is genuine.

I've applied on 22nd August 2009 from UAE, still waiting for Medical. Even PCC's were uploaded by me in April '10 without asking them, which were approved in May. Since Feb 2010 there were no communication between the CO & me. Now I am bit confused & curios why they're sitting on my case.
Did you approach them for any of the process like medical or PCC submission or they contacted you. Did you apply through agent or yourself.

. What you should do is, drop a very polite email directly to the case officer's email address (GSM team address) asking about the status of your application. Hope he returns to you with your desired answer

Hey,
Anyone amongst you asked for medical referral while having meds. I was asked for coz of my knee injury i got while playing. Does this kinda thing impacts...(i.e. sports injuries) applications. Im scared to death, as i just got injured a week before my CO asked to perform meds...bad luck i guess...
Please have a say guyss....thanks..

thats not issue, these types of ligament injuries are very common in sports men so dont worry.

I am September 2009 Applicants i lodge 175 Paper based application, my job verification is already completed, i have a question since it has been now 11 month and CO did't ask me for Medical and PCC so should i go for Medical and PCC without waiting for CO, just to save time. My application is on CSL.
