We got grant letter today for Class VE, subclass 175 Skilled - Independent Visa. In all information requests from DIAC, our application type was mentioned as GSM-175, and we are now waiting for GSM 175 Visa Stamping to be completed. I will post here once we receive stamped passports from Embassy.

We probably had a CO on our case before we received SS. Did anyone had similar experience?

Hi Everyone,

It's now 6 months and 1 day since we applied for State Sponsorship.

Has anyone received WA SS recently? If you have, when did you apply? I'm hoping we'll receive news any day now as we were told it's taking about 5 months to process due to high demand!

My application status is " Application being processed further ". Can I assum that, Case Officer has been assigned? Please share your experience.

Same thing happened to me (abpf 05-feb-10). My agent said Co is assigned. So I send my PCC and Med without request. On 08-Mar-10 I saw my online status changed. Someone is working on behalf. ( I am non-csl-ss-WA) But here many of the BE people said it does not mean that ABPF is the confirmation of assigning of CO. May be you can wait for the mail from CO.

A polite email asking whether PCC and med has reached them will invariably make them look at your file and if everything is ok,immediately they apporve.Note that the same happened to me.But this varies from case to case but will lessen our anxiety
