Hi All,
Wanted to share good news with you all as you all and the forum has been of great help to us.
We got the grant letter today for our online 175 application.
Applied - Sept 20th, 09
All docs met, except for PCC & Med - Nov 25th, 09
PCC & Med requested - Nov 25th, 09
Med + PCC sent by email - Mar 01, 09
All documents MET - Mar 02, 09
Visa Grant - Mar 02, 09
Some points that might help some people:
- Spouse working in US so we didn't provided IELTS and instead provided supporting documents.
- We attached salary slips, Income tax returns, reference letters, appraisal letters, etc for proof of experience. We don't know if our references were checked but none of my employer received any calls.
- We could not provide FBI clearance on time so sent all the docs (meds + pcc from other countries) on time and along with that provided evidence that we have already requested FBI PCC.

I would like to know about September 2009 batch. Are there anybody still waiting for case officer? If yes please share you experience with me. I am Java & J2EE specialist from India. I scored 140 points in PR point calculation. I submitted my application on 30th Septembet 2009. Still waiting for Case Officer. I would like to know, is there any proble with my application submission. I submitted online through an Agent. If you know anybody which matchse my case, please share their work around. Please guide me.

Hi mahbub1230,
Thanks. My job was verified on 15 Dec 2009. Then, PCC and medical were requested. The grant itself is on 01/03/2010. So, it's about 2.5 months from job verification.

Seems the whole process has just come to a halt. I roam around many forums and since 25th Feb, very few, almost no one got visa grant. Even if some got, they are from Low risk countries. What is going on?

Congratulation. Today my some document check list are changed to Met those are Evidence of Specific Work Experience,Evidence of work experience,Form 1221,Form 80. Only few documents are showing received which are Marriage certificate and passport photo and my spouse 1221 and 80 form are showing requested. Team 3 is moving now.
