Congrats! We too finally got our visa on 10/02/2010. Just in case it helps others, I'll briefly mention what happened to our case.

My CO never updated the online docs status (everything was 'Required'). Our medicals were finalized on 12/12/2009. CO asked for a PCC from my spouse in a country where she lived less than 12 months 10 years ago. We submitted it on 25/12/2009. Then nothing happened. I sent a PLE asking for status, got a reply on 25/01/2010 asking us to be patient. Then I sent another email to the team asking for a 'real' status; no reply.

Well, I haven't seen people have to wait more than 1 month after PCC; we're also from low-risk country. So I sent a Global Feedback Complaint to the manager of my team regarding the Case Officer. In a week, our visas were finalized and I got a reply from the manager a day later apologizing for the delay. Her reason, it was because of the backlog in medical finalization, but our medicals were finalized on 12/12/2009!

The lesson here, if you feel almost for sure there's something wrong with the processing of your case, and they wouldn't update you with the real status (instead of 'Please be patient'), you should inquire to the manager of your team. But make sure you have good reason before doing so.

In any case, good luck to everybody else who hasn't got visa.
