hey, it seems ur and mine aplications are geting processed parallely.. Even i got a refusal from VIC SS today morning. I was anyways thinking to cancel the request.

Thinking abt the impact it would have on 175, i think VIC will not even bother to contact DIAC reg this, and hence no impact.

I had similar case, refused but i when i asked them why it was refused, they simply said that they think i had other options (175) as well and i think they could not waste a SS slot on my case cuz i was already a 90% 175 candidate with MODL and CSL....

So dont worry at all mate....

i think also same like you. If i got approval of sponsorship then i thought to cancel the request.

Hi All,

I sent my medicals away at the beginning of December. Today the status changed from outstanding to referred. When i click on what it means it says the medicals have been referred to Australia for further processing. (see pic)

I am just wondering if this is normal enough or has anyone else had this message?

I came to know that i have CO from PLE. yet i have not received any mail from CO when i will get mail for PCC request?

i have raise PLE like I have received mail on 15 December 2009 in response of my previous PLE and it state that "your visa application has been assigned to a case officer", yet i have not received any mail from my case officer for Police checks and character requirements. When will i expect to receive the same from my case officer? I hope you will reply me soon.

perhaps your CO take long holidays.

Your CO will request police checks, and anything else they require, when they are ready. You need to be patient and just let them do their job
