my employers were contacted by local embassy for employment verification on 24th Nov.09, hope to see further progress soon.

was that telephonic inquiry of physical? what they asked during inquiry?

It was telephonic and email, they asked for confirmation what I mentioned in my CV and 175 application (position, length of my employment, if it was full-time, if the letters of recommendation are authentic ...). They contacted HR manager, not the person on references.

06/09/2009 DIAC Application received,GSM 175

12/10/2009 Applied for Victoria State Sponsorship

19/10/2009 Application being processed further

19/10/09 Initial Request Letter -Form 80 Request by co,s assistant on the behalf of co, co's name and region was mentioned on the request email...dont know if it means that i ve a co or not??If anyone clarify it i would be gratefull to him.

21/10 2009 VIC Govt. ss approved

22/10/2009 I accepted the sponsorship(converted to 176)

28/10/09 Medical tests

18/11/2009 Further medical results referred

25/11/2009 Health requirements finalised

Till now I am quite satisfied with the application progress credit goes to Engineers Australia, DIAC, Victoria state govt,HOC/MOC and all relative authorities dealing with Immigration matters.


Now how much time i ve to wait ...dont know??
