It's very simple. Book your appointment by sending the email on [email protected]
It would be better if you forward the same email which you've got from CO. They will send you the appointment letter, usually for next day. Same letter you have to carry with you along with the passport and the grant letter.
They are located at Burjuman Office Towers 25th Floor next to Burjuman Center.
They will stamp your visa in just 10 minutes if it is a single passport. Otherwise I dont know how long it take.

All Documents Met: 16 June 2011
Visa Grant Date: 13 July 2011

I have 2 questions. My wife has also got 175 visa as second applicant, but she wants to change her passport next week. In Russıa, getting a new passport takes around 4 weeks. And after it, we are going to get visa stickers in our passports.
1- Will changing passport be a problem after visa grant?
2- Is there any time period to get visa stickers? (I mean should we get stickers as soon as possible or can we wait 4 more weeks to change her passport?)
Note: First entry date is 13 April 2012.

In my opinion, changing passport is not a problem, it shall be required to inform the Case Officer, so he can either issue a new Visa Grant Letter with your wife updated passport number in the letter & in their system,,
I have seem some of the Visa Grant letter issued to my friend, and never saw any deadline for visa sticker,,,
