Niamh - you are a saint to be living there - I shudder. Good Luck with the move!

Last day at work for me tomorrow - YAY - and then its full steam ahead on all the many things that need doing - and we leave in 3 weeks

Good Luck with house sales everyone - we are still waiting to sign the contracts for our sale...

Hi Nic yep loads of land full of trees there is two small blocks that they want to sell off but have to get it approved by the council before hand and that takes nearly a year if you get it approved for selling and putting a house on it so a big risk if you ask me

how is all going with you

Stop ill have no nails left me and no internet

My cousins subdivided a 37 acre plot - it took 2 years to get permission. The plot has been on the market for over a year in Sydney - the market is bad there too. Your friends might be in for a rocky ride.....

No news with me still waiting and trying to sort and pack. Listed 32 items on Ebay this weekend...

Not long now anf your finger nails will be able to grow back!!! ((()))

When are you moving - or don't you know yet?

I might once we exchange contracts on the house. Trouble is, we are getting lots of 'this might be the last christmas we ever have together' stuff. Funnily enough, we figured last year was our last Christmas but OH's family weren't the slightest bit interested in spending it with us. So I think it is manipulation. This started in about July - long before you make plans for Christmas.:curse: All my family are in Aus so I haven't been with my family since before our daughter was born - she doesn't know what it's like to have lots of cousins etc. It will just be us and the oldies moaning about stuff and wanting waitress service from me. You can see that I'm not keen on it.

Fly Away I bet you can't wait to get to Oz It must be really hard to have all your family already over there and be stuck here Hopefully things will change between now and then
