Default Sending application to ACS

What's the best method for sending a skills assessment application to ACS? From a quick look at the Royal Mail site it looks like International Signed For or Parcelforce (£££!) are my only real options.

Hi I sent mine international signed for at a cost of about £7 or so, had no problems.

However you can use a courier instead, we just used www.interparcel.com who use DHL to send our Meds over and they arrived in Sydney safe and sound this morning at a cost of £20. The benefit of courier is that you can track them and see that they have been received. Where as International Signed for apparently can be a bit messy if it does go missing I understand.

We used international signed for as we were advised that it was a traceable service - this however is not true! It is only traceable until it leaves the uk - not much use if it is going to OZ! Our application did arrive safely but we only know this because we received our ACS acknowledgment. Next time I would use a courier for peace of mind.
