Default Secondary Applicant Subclass 421

I wonder if anyone can help me with what the restriction 8107 means as I am rather confused as to what work I can undertake as as secondary applicant on a Subclass 421 visa which my partner holds ? Thanks

Subclass 421 being a Sport Visa? I don't think you'll get much response on here as its not a common visa - not sure its ever been mentioned on here before.

However if you check on the DIAC website you will find this:

With this visa you can:

participate in high-level competition or training in Australia
compete against Australian residents
stay and work or undertake activities in the nominated position in Australia with a maximum stay being two years
bring any eligible secondary applicants with you to Australia – secondary applicants can work and study
leave and enter Australia as many times as you want while your visa is valid.

Condition 8107 appears to mean
that visa holders must not, during their period of
stay:
• cease to be employed, or cease to undertake the activity in
relation to which the visa was granted;
• work in a position, or engage in an activity inconsistent with
the position or activity, in relation to which the visa was
granted; or
• engage in work for another person or on your own account,
while undertaking the employment or activity in relation to
which the visa was granted.
