Of course, the more borderline the case is, the more it's down to luck - although good preparation of the application makes a lot of difference. Same goes for initial visa application.
Yes. She has received her RRV
It didn't state one in a million however made it clear it had to be a unique job that an Australian couldn't fulfil. I read it on one of the docs or on the DIAC site, not sure where and frankly I am too mentally exhausted to start trawling through it all to prove a point. I just remember thinking here we go again, another subjective point to prove.
