Default RPL Certified Documents

Hi,

My partner has completed his RPL and now needs to get his documents certified but are unsure if they need to be certified or notarized? Not sure what the difference is but its going to cost £200 to notarize them rather then £10 certified from the local courts.

can anyone help us with this

thanks,
nicole

They only need to be certified. There is a list on the immi gov website who can do this for you. My sister used her Dr & we used a solicitor. Hope this helps a little. Good luck

For the RPL you just need to get them stamped at a police station. Thats free.

Get them done at the local court house if they only want £10! (get the visa ones done as well to save time). We had to use a solicitor for us and they wanted £5 for each one. When they saw how many we needed then they negotiated down to £2 each. They wouldn't do them at our courthouse as they were busy.
Good luck with your application
