RPL Application Form

Hi,

RPL_Pack_2 that is on the ACS website is in PDF. Does anyone have this in MS Word format so that I can edit it? Or does anyone know where to get the official form in MS Word?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Sorry to bump this but would like to get this finished over the weekend!

Why is the form a PDF when you cant edit this

I can use a PDF converter to convert it to word (DOC) but it might lose some of the formatting. Id rather use an official form.

Anyone?

Maybe email ACS and ask them? It may be that they don't want you to be able to edit that form but rather print and fill in by hand.
