Has anyone ever had any problems with the RPL from the ACS??

What do you mean by "problems"? Quite a few people on the forum have passed. I presume a few may have not.

The RPL process can be quite a stressful experience if you do not have references etc already sorted and are not used to writing fairly lengthy documents. While not absolutely necessary I used it as a good reason for getting references from all my previous employers (5) dating back over the last 10 years.
