Default round 2 ding a ling

Hi Guys

our 175 visa expired on 2nd December as we were unable to go due to a catalogue of personal circumstances.

I am keen to apply again, although our circumstances have changed a bit, my daughter is now 15 and hubby 40, we have the TRA cert from last application and trade is still on SOL.

I know that the points system has changed and have only just started to familiarise myself with things again.

I need to plan the timing carefully, however I see there are some changes due in July that I have not had time to read up on yet.

Does anyone know the average timeframes for processing subclass 175 and also if there are any key things I should be aware of second time around?

many thanks

Moomin

Well, the first problem I see is that your TRA has expired. Is TRA still the assessing body for his trade even?

Processing times for 175 visas are currently 2+ years. Yes, you need to be aware that now your partner is 5 years older so less points for age. Do you reach 120 points now?

Phew, I didn't think that they expired.

I will double check the points, thanks for the info on processing times.
