Residential history question
I am completing "Character assessment particulars" form online. How would you answer this question?
"Give details of previous addresses of 12 months or more during the last 10 years"
Should I include the hotel address where I lived for a couple of months?

Yes. They want to know all your addresses for the past 10 years.

You will need a police clearance from any place you have spent 12 months or more (cumulative) in the past 10 years. As for addresses, anywhere you have lived for the past 10 years should be noted. Try not to have any gaps in your address history unless it can be easily explained - travelling in Europe for 2 months in 2000, etc.
