Refund for "overpaid" VAC?
Just curious if I can get refund for my VAC. Initially I applied for GSM 175 at $2550 and then swapped it to RSMS 119 which cost only $1650.
Now that I already got my 119, thinking whether I can get refund for the "excess" payment
