Default Quick question on Medical Forms

Ok for the little un we're filling his in and on question 15 it says:

In Australia will you be attending or teaching classes?

I am presuming that here we tick yes as he is school age?

Also on the forms where it asks what visa are you applying for do we just write on each medical form that is 136 Skilled or should we make it clear that neither son or I are main applicants?

Hello Kath

I'm going to fill in our medical forms this weekend as meds on Monday. Not even looked at them yet and I have visitors staying all weekend.

Did you get a print out of your medical history from your doctor or are you just guessing it?

Hello Jan - no I haven't had a medical history from docs as I've never had any medical problems, none of us have. Someone told me they're only interested in any medication that you've been on for more than 2 weeks and I haven't had any.

Jan I think you should print the forms off today and have a look at them, they're quite a lot to fill in!

Kx

We are doing well thanks, I lose track of who's been issued visas, who's where, where's who, who's what

We are trying to find a shipper for our dog at the mo, real problem currently, I have posted a thread in the main Oz area about it.

Hope all goes well with the rest of your application, I am sure it will!

all the best

Jay
