Default Quick Question about skills assessment

morning folks just a quickie here. im starting my skills assessment process through vetassess (general electrician), i registered with the website to start my application and its asking for my visa type, either GSM,ENS,RSMS or 457.. obviously SS isnt an option so what do i choose?

also it asks if i hold any australian quals, does my WA electrical licence count as a qual?

thanks

Hi Biddy - what visa are you looking at - GSM - general skilled migration 189 / 190 / 489maybe; ENS - Employer Nominated Scheme 186; RSMS - Regional Skilled Migration Schemed 187 or 457 which is temporary sponsored visa? SS falls under GSM

I'm going for WA SS. So that answers that question anyway. SS Falls under GSM! Thanks

Good luck with the process - have you found the electricians section - lots of advice on skills assessment process? I don't think the current license counts - unless you have done RPL for any quals.

Yes your visa type is general skilled migration. It just happens that your application will have a sponsor, but that is not the visa type.
