My sister-in-law working as teacher can make upto 65 points

Relative sponsor- 10
Qualififaction-15

And she can sit for NAATI for 5 points.

Question she only got full time experience of 1 1/2 year and around 8-9 months on-job training experience (while studying) is she eligible for applying under above said cat.
