Default question regarding 'mature' children

Hi

Up to now we only thought we could include under 18s on visa , what about a nearly 21 year old who is in full time education?? He is getting government grant and has no income as such.
If he did stay behind, what would his options be as to joining us later?

Thanks

Ozbaz

My Uncle went out 3 years ago, with 2 of my cousins 20 & 21. The remainding cousin went out last year, I am not sure of the visa name, but it was because she was the last remainding relative, i.e- mum, dad, brother and sister already in oz.

Should normally be ok, provided he is single and still under 25.

Bear in mind he must stay dependent until visa is granted (and preferably until validation).
