received medical forms 160 and 26 iam the main applicant in our family
on question 12 (If you are outside Australia, which visa are you applying for ?
what do i write for for my wife and 2 children im on a state sponsored 176
has anyone filled these forms in recently who can advise me thanks. Gary

Just write "176 State Sponsored". I asked my agent and in my case, I wrote "176 Family Sponsored". Not too critical, as long as you file ref and other details are correct.
