I will be pleased if someone answer my question. I have submitted my application to DIAC for GSM Subclass 175 in September, 2008 and now got State Sponsor 176. Can i ask status of my application from DIAC directly instead of my agent?. What is DIAC email address for asking status of my application? Thanks

Attach a scanned signed form 956 appointing yourself as the authorised recipient . Before you chase ASPC confirm with your State sponsor that the form 1100 has actually been sent - some states take weeks to forward these after you have confirmed teh sponsorship/undertakings.

Thanks Tony for your reply. My agent told me that as Subclass 175 already submitted to DIAC in last September, 2008 therefore, now need to inform DIAC in writing to change in Subclass 176 which he has already done. Does this enough and how i know that DIAC has changed my application. I am still looking online status nothing showing there.

can take State a couple of weeks to send form 1100 to ASPC, then another 10 days for ASPC to action. So maybe get State to confirm when they sent the 1100 to ASPC
