Query about Form 80

Query about Form 80
My brother received an initial request to provide form 80 and form 1221 from team 13. There is a link to download form 80 and then there is a section in the email as "Form 80 instructions".
One of the instruction is "Complete every field and sign the back page"
There are total 18 pages and only page number 17 requires signature of the applicant.
What does it mean by sign the back page?
