We have been waiting over 9 weeks now and not holding much hope that we will here within the 10 weeks... I know a few people including Lyndhurst who have been waiting for 11 wks now with nothing.

We have not been asked for any further information either.

Heres hoping we here this month though hey!

And congratulations to all of you that have your ss visas.

We will soon be starting the ball rolling and was wondering the amount of funds that are required, and do we have to prove them via a solicitor.

Its a bit difficult to prove all your funds if you will still be saving hard over the next six months before you intend going ???

So how do you convince them that extra funds will be in the bank before we intend going...

This Friday will be our 10th week waiting. Each day gets harder and harder now!

I can't believe on the other forum there is a big long list of us (24 in total) that have applied this year since March and only 4 have been granted their State Sponsor. Why are they taking so long??? Its not like they are doing loads in one hit, its like just one at a time!!!

Does anyone have any answers???

Cant take anymore its like am wishing my life away, its all i think about every second of the day !!, went shopping early this morning and thought on the way home "better get back quick there might be a letter for me" and you guessed it....WAS THERE HECK !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please let us know JULIEPAUL what they say i was wondering weather to do it myself but didnt know if i was aloud because we are going thru an agent.
