Quary after getting CO

When i will get inquiry from at my job place. i already got CO before 1 month , he told me to submit some documents ? its already done before deadline given by CO or Co's assistant

when i will get again response from CO?

same thing happened with my AFP doc...i uploaded it online but the status didnt change for arnd 10 days...then i replied back to the mail that was sent to me earlier by CO/assistant requesting AFP, and mentioned that i have uploaded it online, and also i attached the same doc along with the mail.
