Default prospective marriage visa and working permit & ways 2 apply

Hy,

I was wondering if I (a resident of netherlands) apply for the prosp. marriage visa
(fiance is australian), and if then this is approved, can I get a working permit.?
Can I apply within australia or better in the netherlands?

Thanks Marcel

I am American and waiting approval for my fiance visa to go to Oz and I have asked several migration agents concerning working with the visa. From what I have been told with the fiance visa you can work full time upton arrival. You do not need a separate working permit. This might vary from the country that you originate from, Im not sure. Hope this helps
