Hi can anyone help.......

My daughter returned to Aus in Feb. (PR) after returning to be with her Bfrind. He has come with her on a WHV which will riun out in Feb. My daughter, who is 18, wishes to sponsor him so he can stay........... what proof would she need to prove the relationship?

he has been living with us in rented accomodation (not on rental agreement) I dread to think what will happen if he cant stay!!!!!

He doesn't have to be on the rental agreement, you can do a Stat Dec to say that they live together there as a de facto couple. DO a search for "de facto visa" and you'll find loads of examples of evidence of relationships.
