Proof of being self employed for DIMIA
Hi all again
My husband has been self employed since April 2005. He has all the
proof to show this e.g. company registration numbers, share
certificates, The Memorandum and Articles of Association etc. What I
need to know is whether you need to get an Affidavit to show all
information including accountants etc. I know this is what you do for
proving to be self employed with TRA, but what is the situation with
DIMIA. We did not need the information for TRA as my husband was
getting assessed for his trade which he did in 1983. For the last 15
years he has been in IT and since April has set up his own company.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
