Another blonde question.......
How do I get a profile pic?
I know it's not related to migration, but I want my posts to look prettier.......

think you go to My Profile (at top of page) and edit picture!!
Not sure though as i haven't done it - just looks like where you can do it

Cheers for that, but not sure where to actually find a pic....I've looked on clip art websites etc, but can't seem to save anything as my avatar.
I'm not very good with confusing computer things......

Do a google for avatar, there are loads of sites out there for them, and there's some here, just check out the FAQ

Go to 'My Profile' and the 'Edit Avatar'

Make sure that the maximum size of your custom image is 65 by 65 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller) otherwise it will not work.

When you have found the image you want just save it locally to your computer and then select the 'Browse' option to locate it. Upload it to the site and.......job done.

After 200 and something posts i have only just got my avatar..........If you click onto 'my profile'...then click onto edit avatar...then at the top of the page is FAQ click onto that and you can use an avatars from that link page otherwise as Bob said use search engines and upload one but it needs to be the right size
