Hi, I would like to know the overall processing time for applications applied under skilled sponsored 176 category.

It is said with SS, a CO would be allocated within 10 days, but there are many occasions where it has not happened, perhaps due to high volume of backlog.
If you are lucky enough to get a CO with in 10 days, still cannot predicts as to how long it would take for the visa grant, as there are many factors that CO has to take into consideration such as verification of job expereince and qualifications, then there is high risk/ low risk scenario, health issues, ect ect, all this has to be factored in.

But speaking from past expereince, I would say it would take a minimum at least 3 months ( best case scenario )

Anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 years.

As has been said dozens of times on here, nobody can tell you how long a visa application is going to take to process. If your case is straightforward, you are state sponsored, on CSL with a job offer it will be quicker than if you come from a high risk country, are family sponsored with an occupation not on CSL or MODL.
