Yes, total speculation and I think they gave the longest estimates so noone gets false hopes with this. Better to give a longer time frame thann shorter and have us all in knots. Although im reaching my desperation point as I am living in Melbourne +d on a student visa + would need to renew it at the end of August 2009 + continue studying.
