Hello everyone

We have a state sponsored Business visa 163...there is just over two yrs left on visa and this will be very tight for us...business nearly sold this end but to tie everything up and to meet the criteria for the visa will be tight

My questions is has anyone extended a business visa or know if it is possible to do so

No I am almost certain you will not be able to extend it. The visa is for four years and you need to be in business in Australia for two years to progress to PR so there is kind of two years to get set up and move over.

If you cannot do that now and are close to selling the business I wonder if your only option would be to apply again and move over sooner the next time round.

Yes, maybe consider applying for another subclass 163 visa?
