Lovely e-mail from my agent in Oz waiting for me on this bright and breezy early morning. ACS skills assessment positive. Yippee. Now perhaps we can be one of those lucky post July applicants although ours is aus sponsored.

Congrats.
I don't think with the new rules it would be hardest. Just an idea if your case is straight forward i mean no bond etc. You could frontload the application. Its just a thought.

We are going 138 (i think) skilled australian sponsored. So yes there will be a bond. But my agent seems to think that visa by xmas could be possible. Still have to actually send stuff in yet and as the 8-10 week for the assessment was actually 4 weeks, we have to get a wiggle on, but I'm not complaining. In fact my rels have already submitted their forms to my agent its us thats behind.
