police clearance - please please help
Greetings, Thanks for reading my post.
I have studied (2 years) and work in the UK (1 year) under work permit. Would I
require to get police clearance from UK? I leave UK since Jan 02 returning to my home
country where I am now. If I have to get police clearance from the UK, what is the
best way to get it? Will I have to physically be in UK to get it?

Yes - you must also get UK police clearance.

US from 94-96.

Hi Alan,
Thanks for your reply. I am heading to Australia (Sydney to be exact) and the visa
category I am applying for is Independent Skilled-Migration (I.T.) class 136 visa.
For your information I am a BSc(Hons) Computing & Software Engineering degree as well
as MSc Computer Science degree holder. Both degrees were obtained in the UK and were
conducted fully in English. I also posses a year working experience (full-time) as an
Software Engineer in the UK.

Depends what state(s) you lived in. For Florida, it was print a form from the
Florida Department of Law Enforcement web site, then mail it to Tallahasse, with a
$15? payment.
