Police Clearance certificate

Hi,

I had applied for General skilled migrant in last October. since, my wife was carrying a child we delayed the xray for her and I have lived in thailand for exactly 1 year and 3 weeks. I had also applied for pcc when I was leaving thailand(last july). Now that its been more than a year since I had taken the PCC. Should I be taking the PCC again from thailand or is it not required at all as I have lived for just around a year?

Incase, If I have to get the PCC from thai police I would want to know how to get the finger prints certified as I live in UK. and how do I get the thai postal stamps to be used as pre-paid return postage?

Many Thanks!!!
