Quick question;
Citizens of the UK, NZ etc are not required to do an IELTS, but does anyone know how many points you score for English proficiency? 10, 20?

7 = 10
8 = 20

yes but thats if you do an IELTS. what if you dont do one because you have a NZ passport?

You don't. If you don't have enough points overall then you do IELTS to up your points.
