Default Please HELP with 47sk form PART i - Skill Matching Scheme

Hi,
I will apply as an "Skilled Independent" - Cass BN , Subclass 36.

In the form 47sk part-i Skill Matching Scheme,
it says :
Complete this section if you are applying under
* Skilled Independent (and you wish to have your details included in the Skill Matching Database) or
* Skill Matching Category.

Is this section OPTIONAL for me?

Yes it is optional but you have nothing to lose by completing it.
