Dear all, I studied in Brisbane last year and now I'm thinking of applying for
permanent residency. Unfortunately, I suffer from cystic kidneys, which already posed
an issue when I wanted to apply for a simple tourist visa after the expiry of my
student visa last year. The department of immigration demanded additional medical
examinations prior to providing me with a tourist visa. I do have a report from my
specialist that says that I have small cysts in my kidneys, but that the size of
these has not changed since they started to monitor my kidneys (6 years ago). The
specialist also says that my blood tests are prefectly ok and that he would exclude
any deterioration within the next 5 years.

Is there any possibility to predict my chances for a successful application for
permanent residency?

Thank you very much for your help.

Kind regards, Stefan
