PCC 12 Months stay abroad questions
As per the rules of immigration to Australia (DIAC) to immigate on any kind of visa we need to produce the PCC from the countires where we stayed for 12 months or more in the past 10 years.
In short, the 12 month stay period, is it taken as a continuous period or cumulative stay?
I mean I have visited a country some times, but I have not stayed there continously for 12 months or 365 days. But if we add all the days I stayed in several visits, it may cross 365 days.
So, just I would like to knwo, whether I need to get PCC from that country too or not?
Please suggest.
