Partner Point for 489 Visa

Partner Point for 489 Visa
Hi everyone
I am new to this forum. I am writing in this forum to seek help regarding my expression of interest (EOI) for 489 visa
I submitted my EOI for 489 visa under the new Regional occupation list (ROL) which is published on 15 March 2018. My partner also got his occupation assessed positive under the same occupatin list. My partner also fullfil other requirement for claiming partner skill point. But after submitting the EOI, partner bonus point is not showing in the point calculation table. I mailed to the respective email having thought that it would be a technical issue but still didn't get any answer from them.
Does anyone know about this technical issue? If so, then what can I do? Please let me know.
