Hi guys,

I am looking to apply for a 175 visa, we are a gay couple and we have just found out that my partner is HIV positive and has Hepatitis B, my test came up negative.

I was wondering if there is any agents or anyone who has gone through for a visa, or if it is possible?.

Any advice would be grateful.

HiV in itself is not a definite "no", but it does make things a lot trickier. Best of luck.
