You need to get AoS form someone who can give the assurance. It seems the person should be working ( and paying Tax) for last 2 years. If you are working then u can sponsor as well as give AoS.

Easy...Isn't it?

I hope that answers to your question...

Best of Luck

The 10 year AOS for contributory parent is a very significant undertaking and it's likely that only close family members will be willing to take the risk.

Thanks Jeremy & Kapil

So, AOS is given by the person working ( and paying Tax) for last 2
years,

For, 10 year AOS for contributory parent - does that mean a person who
is working in Australia for 10 years will have to get assurance ?

is there anyother easy way - i can call my parents here ?

Thanks & Cheers
