Parent Visa and 457
 

We are in process of gathering documentation to apply for a parent visa. Our intention is then to maybe switch to a CPV at a later stage.

There is a possibility that my husband, could be offered a 457 visa. I was wondering how this would affect the parent visa? Could we still apply for the parent visa and then apply for the 457 and leave the parent visa still running in the background?
