Parent, Brother as Dependent - Is same address required?
I have my mom (widow, unemployed, no other income) and younger brother (full time student, 19 y.o) as my dependents. I provide for all their financial needs including rents and expenses. I currently live in the UK and my dependents are in India.
The question - My case officer has asked for form 47A for my dependents. Is it mandatory that everyone live at the same address?
I am on a work visa in the UK but have been there for 4+ years. Is it ok to be away for employment? Kindly advise.

If you can support your family in India from the UK, then why not from Australia? That would be the question, you have just shown that no, they do not require you for day to day living.
