Hello Everyone


I am trying to submit a new visa application (489 invited pathway), and I think there is a problem with the application form.


Pages in application form are numbered, and I find it weird that I can't access page 5/18. I mean, when I am on page 4/18, and then click next, I would be directed to page 6/18 (skipping 5/18). Is that normal? Or, is there an error somewhere? I printed the application to review before submitting, and then I noticed questions that I didn't answer, and those questions are related to previous travel and Visa Australia.


As a matter of fact, I was granted visa 475 in 2011, and I did visit Australia, but then for many reasons, I was unable to complete my move to Australia. So, I believe that page 5/18 is really important, and that all questions better be answered.


I would truly appreciate it if anyone could advise me on what to do.

Have you considered applying for a RRV instead? Although it doesn't sound like you meet the criteria, they are often pretty generous with it and give the cost difference would be worth an attempt

My previous 475 visa wasn't a permanent visa, so I don't meet the criteria for RRV. Thanks anyway
