Cool! did you front load P60s and payslips? I haven't, I just have a work reference for work evidence. Is it worth me uploading more info?

Hi Laura,

Yes, we applied using an agent and they requested everything up front (including P60 and payslips). I'd get them uploaded if I were you as it will reduce the chance of any delays.

Cheers,

Colin

Are P60s and payslips a standard request or only required in some circumstances, does anyone know?

Thanks for your advice Colin. I guess I'll start wading through all my paperwork to try and find some. Is 4 years enough? I've seen people uploadining 6 years of P60s and 6 years of payslips. I'm guessing 1 payslip a year for the past 4 or 6 years is enough...?

Do you not just have to provide information for the time you're claiming points e.g. 12 out of the previous 24 months in relevant employment? Or is this for a skills assessment? I'm a bit worried I might have missed an important part of the documentation here...

Ive just taken this extract from the immi website at link http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...ence-study.htm
As well as a referance it says ;

'a payslip from your current employment should also be included – this is especially important for applicants working in government departments.
Other documents which may assist you in evidencing your work experience claims could include, but are not limited to:

contracts
pay slips
tax returns
group certificates
superannuation information.'

So it seems that at least one payslip should be included, and P60's etc are optional

Hi,

I have recently (within last 3 months) switched from a permanent job to working as an IT contractor, and wondered what evidence of employment I need to provide? I have P60s, payslips etc. from my former employer, but as I work through my own limited company now, don't really have any evidence of employment...

so from the immi webstie it looks like only 1 payslip would do, is it correct?

Yes you need to provide P60 better to frontload it.

Would you need a P60 or anything else with a Statutory Declaration?
